Who are DAR members?
Their common bond is their lineal descent from Patriots of the American Revolutionary War. They are women who:
- Care about fostering good citizenship
- Want to honor their ancestors
- Are devoted to educating our youth
- Want to preserve our past for future generations
Who can join DAR?
Any woman, 18 years or older who can prove lineal descent from a Patriot of the American Revolutionary War, is eligible to join. For more information on membership eligibility, please visit our National Society's website.
